I had a good experience overall at the resort, with beautiful gardens and enjoyable spa services. However, there were some disappointments, particularly with the suite we booked and its private pool, which was constantly in shade and not very inviting. Dining options for vegetarians were limited, which was frustrating. The standard hotel pool and beach area were much better than the suite experience, but the lack of compensation for our issues was disappointing.
